BURN THIS DOCUMENT. SUBJECT: Arrest order for Jinx Ministry of Propaganda agents. Pursuant to Jinx Ministry of Intelligence reports, the Jinx Ministry of Peace has begun an investigation into alleged Psy-War activities by agents of the Jinx Ministry of Propaganda. Cooperating with the Intelligence Minister, the Intelligence and Reconnaissance Department of the Ministry of Peace have obtained evidence supporting the MoI¹s claims. The Propaganda Ministry is indeed verifiably active in New York, and therefore in violation of Directive MoP138490-913 (13 September 2001). This memorandum is to order the immediate arrest of all Jinx Propaganda agents, the seizure of all Jinx Propaganda files and records, and the termination of the Propaganda Ministry effective 1 January 2003. The following surveillance stills were obtained from Agent Shaul Schwarz during the joint MoP/MoI investigation. Upon arrest, Propaganda officers and agents will be surrendered to the custody of the Jinx Ministry of Love for interrogation. This memorandum is for your eyes only. Destroy it immediately.
